brawl stars is simple not shallow
Two thumbs, one attack button, one super. People see that and think there is nothing happening.
Meanwhile you need to track ammo, know the bush angles, count enemy supers and decide if one more gem is worth leaving cover. Simple controls just remove the keyboard homework.
Also everybody blames randoms like they are not somebody else's random. If you keep charging mid with no ammo maybe the matchmaking did not invent your problems.
A match lasts a few minutes and I still see players make twenty different bad decisions. Plenty of depth available.
