pokemon tcg pocket is guaranteeing an ex in every deluxe mega pack
the next limited pack is basically a catch-up button with shiny lights on it.
deluxe pack: mega runs from september 29 through october 28. each four-card pack guarantees a pokemon ex, and the pool brings back cards from mega rising through ruler of the skies with new art and parallel foils mixed in.
there is also a community deck feature planned for late october so you can look at public decks and build similar ones with cards you own.
good news if your binder has holes. terrible news if "limited time" is your natural predator.
