cops should know the car, not my soul

If I rob a store with no mask and leave in a red muscle car, fine, every cop can look for the red car. That makes sense. But if I dump it in a parking garage, change clothes, steal some boring gray SUV and get out before the helicopter sees me, the wanted stars should actually cool off. No cop spawning in the alley I picked at random. I don't need police simulator stuff. Just stop making the tunnel under the freeway the answer to every crime.
