rob nelson robbed a gas station during the troiscouleurs demo and casually revealed that cash and your bank balance are separate now. if jason gets wasted before depositing the cash he's carrying, nelson says that money is gone. his next thought in the demo was basically: find an atm. rockstar has not published the exact rules yet. no idea if every death wipes all pocket cash, whether mission payouts are protected, or how common atms are. still, this is evil in the correct way. i am absolutely going to survive the robbery, escape the cops, hit one stupid traffic barrier 30 seconds later and lose the part i actually cared about.
