take-two got a sealed discord subpoena because apparently six stars was not enough

the first microsoft and discord subpoenas were already public. now take-two went back for a more targeted discord subpoena, asked the court to seal it so suspected leakers would not get tipped off, and the judge granted the request. the filing says the investigation is moving fast enough that public details could help people hide evidence or disappear. this stopped feeling like internet leak drama a while ago. the wanted level has lawyers, sealed paperwork and people arguing over account records now.

the scary sentence is not subpoena. it is we cannot show you who we are asking about because they might run

people treated discord like a burner phone with anime avatars and now discovery season has arrived
