NateTheHate says GTA VI review copies have not gone out yet but should reach press before the end of october. Insider Gaming also says reviews are expected before the november 19 launch. rockstar has not confirmed the timing, so this is reporting, not an official embargo date. still hilarious if true: years of anti-leak lockdown and then dozens of people may get the whole game weeks early on purpose. i absolutely want reviews before launch. i also give the internet about 14 minutes before somebody posts a blurry ending screenshot.

the oct 15 theory actually hit the date. rockstar dropped the GTA VI launch trailer today, 35 days before november 19. funniest part is the big reddit theory literally said "not a launch trailer." they were betting on trailer 3, gameplay or character stuff instead. technically wrong in the most correct way possible. months of gta date math finally paid out once.

playstation store timestamps across 63 countries and regions are currently showing a staggered rollout. new zealand goes first at 11:00 utc on november 18. the last listed regions do not unlock until 06:00 utc on november 19. rockstar has not published a final worldwide unlock chart itself, so these store timers can still change. the xbox new zealand trick is also not confirmed for gta 6 just because it worked for other games. if the current ps5 schedule holds, launch day is basically a 19 hour rolling spoiler event. november 18 is no longer the day before gta 6. it is the day i delete youtube.
