gta 6 without serious rp tools would be a waste

i have watched 12 people stand around a broken traffic light for 45 minutes because one roleplay cop forgot how right of way works. people WILL make their own fun. just give servers proximity voice that doesn't die, job permissions, interiors and a way to place props without the chairs desyncing into another dimension. impounding a car should not need 3 commands and an admin. single player people hate hearing this but RP can keep one city alive forever.
