do not force character switching during missions

Switching should be a choice before the job, not a button prompt in the middle of every set piece. GTA V loved saying now control Michael, now Trevor, now Franklin, now the helicopter, now the sniper. It looked cinematic and sometimes felt like the game changing the channel for me. Let me choose Lucia or Jason for the approach and live with the consequences. If one is better at driving and the other handles the social setup, that should shape the mission instead of becoming a scripted thirty-second segment. A dual-protagonist game does not need to prove both protagonists exist every four minutes.

rockstar missions need to let go of my hand

Rockstar will build an entire city and then fail me because I parked on the wrong side of a yellow mission marker. Let me choose the alley, steal a different car, climb the roof, or start shooting too early and deal with the mess. If Jason says take the van and I arrive in a stolen police cruiser, the mission should bend instead of throwing MISSION FAILED at me. The open world says do anything. The missions say stand exactly here. That gap felt old in GTA V and it will feel ancient in GTA 6.
