the gta 6 map should be smaller than gta 5

Not visually smaller. Functionally smaller. I do not need another giant stretch of highway that exists so a delivery mission can waste nine minutes. I want neighborhoods close enough that I learn their shortcuts and interiors deep enough that a single block creates stories. A smaller playable footprint with more vertical space, more enterable buildings and more changing local events would feel larger than empty distance. People compare maps like land area is a review score. A swamp is not content because the polygon covers many square miles.

30 fps is fine if the city actually works

I would take a dense city running at a stable 30 over a 60 fps mode that empties the sidewalks, cuts traffic and turns every interior into a locked texture. People act like 30 fps is a human rights violation. It is not ideal. It is also not the only thing a giant simulation is doing. Give me crowds that react, stores with actual spaces behind the doors, traffic that does not disappear when I turn around, and a hotel where the elevator works. If that costs frames, take the frames. A performance mode would be great. But if the choice is visual smoothness or a city that feels occupied, I am choosing the city.

one good hotel beats 40 miles of swamp

give me one hotel with a lobby, kitchen, elevator, roof and rooms i can actually enter. i will cause more trouble in there than on 40 miles of pretty highway
